We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on all unused parts in original condition. No hoops, no hassle.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In original, unused condition — not installed, modified, or disassembled
  • In original packaging with all accessories, hardware, and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Tip: Before installing any part, verify fitment using our parts finder or by contacting our team. Installed parts cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Return

Step 1 — Initiate your return

Email info@wolfpackharleygarage.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You can also use our contact form. We will respond within one business day.

Step 2 — Receive your return label

For eligible returns within USA,CANADA and Australia, we will email you a prepaid FedEx return label within 24 hours. Print the label and attach it securely to the package.

Step 3 — Ship the item

Drop the package at any FedEx location. Please keep your drop-off receipt as proof of shipment. Items must be returned using our prepaid label — returns sent via other carriers are at the customer's expense.

Step 4 — Inspection & refund

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds process within 3–5 business days
  • Shop Pay refunds follow the same timeline as the original payment method
  • We refund the full item price — original shipping is not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • No restocking fees on any eligible return
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition other than original (minor wear packaging, missing hardware, etc.) at our discretion.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following situations:

  • Wrong size/fitment — ordered for the wrong model year or configuration
  • Different variant — colour, finish, or specification change
  • Upgrade/downgrade — switching to a different product in the same category

To request an exchange, email info@wolfpackharleygarage.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. If the replacement item is higher in value, you'll be charged the difference. If lower, we'll refund the difference.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will cover all return costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no charge to you.

What to do

  • Take photos of the damage and the packaging before discarding it
  • Email info@wolfpackharleygarage.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number
  • We will arrange collection and issue a replacement or full refund within 2 business days of confirmation
For manufacturing defects discovered after installation, contact us with details. Warranty claims on OEM parts are handled through Harley-Davidson's manufacturer warranty process.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Parts that have been installed, modified, or disassembled
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Electrical components that have been connected to a power source
  • Fluids, lubricants, and chemical products once opened
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items made specifically for your bike
  • Items marked Final Sale or sold as clearance/open-box
  • Apparel and gear that has been worn or washed

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns must be shipped via a trackable courier (DHL, FedEx International, etc.)
  • Items must be marked as "Return Merchandise" on customs forms to avoid import duty
  • Original outbound shipping costs and any import duties paid are non-refundable
  • The same 30-day return window and condition requirements apply
