We know your ride can't wait. We ship Monday through Saturday, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2PM EST. Every order is tracked, insured, and handled with care.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2PM EST on business days ship the same day
  • Orders placed after 2PM EST ship the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day
  • Custom or special-order parts may require 3–7 additional business days before shipment
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays. We do not ship on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.

We ship via FedEx and UPS. The available options at checkout depend on your location and order size:

Free Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders totalling $150 or more (before tax), shipped to a US address.

  • Applies automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed
  • Valid for deliveries to the contiguous 48 states
  • Alaska and Hawaii orders qualify but may require a small surcharge on large/heavy items
  • Free shipping uses standard ground service (3–5 business days)
  • If an order is partially returned and falls below $150, original shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

International Shipping

We ship to 42 countries via FedEx International and DHL Express.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost. We are not able to predict or cover these fees.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships, usually within 1 hour of dispatch
  • Track your order directly on the FedEx or UPS website
  • Log into your HarleyParts account to see tracking status in your order history
  • Tracking updates can take 2–4 hours to appear in carrier systems after pickup

If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of your order, check your spam folder or contact us.

Large & Heavy Items

Some parts — such as exhaust systems, wheels, fairings, and engine assemblies — are classified as oversized or heavy freight. These may:

  • Require additional shipping surcharges (calculated and shown at checkout)
  • Ship via LTL freight rather than standard parcel carriers
  • Require a signature upon delivery
  • Not be eligible for free standard shipping even if the order exceeds $150
  • Take 1–2 additional days to process before dispatch

Oversized item surcharges are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Lost or Delayed Orders

While delivery delays are rare, they can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs holdups (international).

If your order is late

  • Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Allow 1 extra business day for domestic orders before contacting us
  • International orders: allow up to 3 business days beyond the estimated date

If your order is marked delivered but not received

  • Check with neighbours and around your property (parcel lockers, side entrances)
  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date — we will open a carrier investigation
  • We will reship or refund once the investigation is complete (typically 3–5 business days)

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Before dispatch: Contact us immediately at contact form or by phone. We can update the address at no charge.
  • After dispatch: We can request an address intercept with the carrier, but this is not guaranteed and may incur a fee ($10–$25).
  • Returned-to-sender packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
