The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Manufacturer warranties on specific products are the responsibility of the respective manufacturer, not HarleyParts LLC. OEM (genuine H-D) parts are covered by Harley-Davidson's manufacturer warranty. Aftermarket parts carry the warranty of their respective brands.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
